Overview:
Duties include but not limited to:

- Assisting customers with indoor and outdoor wine tasting and purchases, while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Building enduring relationships with the winery's loyal customers by offering reliable and enjoyable experiences.
- Restocking shelves as necessary, ensuring the store layout remains tidy and organized.
- Handling online and phone orders, which includes processing payments, packaging wine, and providing after-sale services etc.
- Able to lift up to 40lb case
- Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Performing routine housekeeping tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Smart Serve Certification
- Age of 18 or older
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

**Experience**:
Supplement Pay:
**Tips are provided by the customers directly (The company does not receive/share the tips)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
