**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed.
- Fabricate parts and components using welding techniques when necessary.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
- Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance.
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Leadership experience in supervising maintenance staff or projects is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they arise.
