**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in locating and purchasing the correct auto parts.
- Manage sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain an organized inventory system to ensure efficient order fulfillment and stock management.
- Utilize Business Central ERP for tracking inventory levels and sales data.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote auto parts sales and special promotions.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Stay updated on automotive repair trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
- Support team members in achieving sales goals through collaboration and teamwork.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English
- BC class 5 driver's license
- College or university graduated
- Proficiency in Excel for data management is required.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in sales management or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective order fulfillment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services in the automotive industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- Weekends as needed

- Auto Parts Person: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- BC Class 5 Driving License (required)
