We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Driving Instructor to join our team. **Responsibilities**
- Conduct driving lessons in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
- Educate students on traffic laws, safe driving practices, and vehicle operation.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills.
- Prepare students for written and practical driving tests.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Communicate effectively with students to address their questions and concerns.
- Create a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere during theoretical instruction sessions.
- Collaborate with other instructors to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
**Qualifications**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate diverse groups of students.
- Patience and adaptability in working with individuals of varying skill levels.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques is a plus.
- Commitment to promoting safety and responsible driving habits among students.
