Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and telecom solutions? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where growth and innovation are the norm? RFNOW Inc. is seeking a motivated **Account Executive - Commercial Accounts** to lead our customer acquisition efforts in Saskatchewan.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing commercial customer relationships across Saskatchewan. You’ll represent RFNOW’s cutting-edge fiber and telecom services, educate customers on the benefits of our technology, and close new business opportunities—all while building lasting partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and build strong relationships with prospective commercial clients through warm and cold outreach
- Qualify leads, develop proposals, and convert prospects into long-term RFNOW customers
- Educate customers on RFNOW’s products, services, and the value of fibre connectivity
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and post-sale relationship management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align sales efforts with service delivery
- Participate in sales strategy sessions, client meetings, and product development feedback loops
- Track and report sales activity metrics, revenue, and customer churn
- Represent RFNOW professionally and uphold our values in every interaction

**What You Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5-10 years of direct B2B sales experience, ideally in telecom, technology, or IT
- Strong understanding of network systems and fibre optics (preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with solution-selling experience and a results-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales tracking
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and resilient in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within SK and MB as required
