What You Will Get To Do

Reporting to the Supervisor of Facilities, and under the direction of the full-time Facility Attendant, the Attendant II (Maintenance Helper) is responsible for- various cleaning/maintenance tasks as identified by the Maintenance Management System;- assisting with ice resurfacing and/or pool readings;- interacting and providing assistance to the public as required; and,- other duties as assigned.

You listen attentively and ask questions for clarification and understanding. Using sound judgment, you demonstrate tact, diplomacy and sound discretion when working with the public.

You’re always happy to learn new things and to help build a working environment that encourages and cultivates new ideas. You foster a collaborative team environment among co-workers, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

What You Bring To Our Team- a minimum Grade 11 education;- effective interpersonal and public relations skills;- physically fit and capable of lifting, pushing and pulling heavy objects; and What We Offer You

Salary Range/Hourly rate:
$18.84 - $20.92
