- Adept at equine management and safety
- Must have and obtain valid Horse Council BC
- Criminal record check for vulnerable youths is mandatory.

- Previous experience working with neurodivergent children and youth is preferred
- Familiarity with behaviour support plans and interventions is an asset
- Experience in data collection is an asset
- Act with empathy first in challenging situations. Ability to remain calm, kind and reassuring in challenging situations

This position will require you to implement behaviour intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). These strategies include implementing individualized programming, following behaviour support plans, adapting ABA programs to equine-assisted activities, and data collection for neurodivergent children and youth. Experience in ABA or Equine Assisted Learning is not mandatory but is an asset. Training will be provided to you by senior staff and our BCBA.
