**An as Asphalt Plant Assistant, You Will**:

- Maintain plant on a baily basis performing routine maintenance tasks (i.e. Lubrication, major or minor repairs)
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspection/maintenance logs
- Back up Asphalt Plant operator (will train)
- Operate loader to feed the plant when required
- Coordinator, communicate and work with the asphalt plant manager to ensure high quality production of asphalt products
- Maintain inventory of wearable maintenance components/parts for plant
- Maintain & operate equipment in a safe manner
- Other duties as required

**What You'll Bring**:

- Welding and mechanical skills
- Front End Loader experience (Cat 980 or equivalent) is an asset
- Dependable and reliable
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work at heights when required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lb
- Team player with a focus on safety
- Flexible hours required
