As a Project Coordinator with C3 SGS, you will assist project managers in the project lifecycle of forecasting, planning, analyzing, controlling and closing projects. C3 Specialty Glazing Solutions' mission is to be Canada's leading curtain wall retrofit company. Our focus is on commercial and institutional retrofit work, the majority of which is completed on occupied buildings. We possess extensive experience working in and around occupied spaces and understand the importance of effective communication, safety and site control to ensure a successful project.

What Will You Be Doing?

1. Assist project managers in forecasting, planning, analysis, controlling and closure of projects

2. Schedule, co-ordinate, and track deliveries in support of the project managers and site supervisor

3. Collaborate with project managers and estimator in preparing comprehensive materials list of project materials

4. Determine amount of material required and prepare estimates for change order

5. Maintain project plans and schedules

6. Communicate with customers, employees, clients, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information and address requests.

**Qualifications**:
We Are Seeking Education University Degree or College Diploma, Construction Working towards Project Management Certification an asset Experience 3+ years’ experience in project management and coordination

Working knowledge of technical language used in construction

Project Coordination / Project Management: 3 years (required)

**Skills**:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)

Abilities

You have the ability to read and interpret drawings.

You have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, organize work assignments to ensure all projects are completed on schedule and manage multiple projects at the same time.

Working Conditions

We require that you possess a driver’s license and access to a vehicle to drive yourself to our offices as well as our construction sites. Our office is located in Brampton, ON with most of our active job sites being in the GTA.
