The Junior Service Manager / Project Manager will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair projects related to our comprehensive range of industrial doors, loading docks and waste management equipment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent customer service to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This person will be reporting into a Service Manager/ Project Manager and work collaboratively with the sales people.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Management**:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation and service projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

S**ervice Management**:

- Manage service requests, technicians, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine service needs and scope of work.
- Maintain service records, prepare reports, and analyze service data to identify areas for improvement.

**Customer Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and mentor service technicians, providing training and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as necessary.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to equipment installation and maintenance.
- Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in project management or service management within the industrial or construction sector.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results.

**Skills**:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical knowledge of loading docks, high-speed doors, overhead/sectional doors, cardboard balers, garbage compactors, and man doors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Other**:

- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites as required.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
