**Receptionist / Residential Countertop Sales**

Bordt Stone & Tile is an industry leader in flooring, stone cladding and countertops. As a **residential stone countertop sales,** you will work with clients to ensure they receive excellent customer service. This includes quoting, material selection and procurement, schedule coordination and ensuring the job details are communicated to the shop foreman.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, maintaining strong working relationships
- Attain new clients
- Provide quotes for new projects
- Source material and secure best pricing for clients
- Be resourceful and creative to offer clients alternatives to best suit their needs and budget
- Inform clients regarding the attributes of different surface types
- Order slabs to complete secured projects
- Identify and confirm job specifications and details to prepare Work Order for fabrication
- Proactively stay informed of new trends and countertop materials to ensure product knowledge is current
- Communicate with clients throughout project as required
- Other office management duties assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service experience in residential construction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to read and interpret drawings
- Residential estimating ability is an asset
- Experience in the solid surface countertop industry preferable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
