We are currently looking for Sales and Customer Services to implement sales transactions and customer services. In the role of Sales and Customer Services, you will be essential in handling daily office operations and ensuring efficient administrative support. Reporting to upper management, you will utilize your core skills in communication, organization, and clerical tasks to enhance workflow. Your relevant experience in team management and customer service, particularly in a bilingual environment, will help foster strong relationships with clients and vendors. **Offer**:

- Full-time position (35 hours/week)
- Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process
- Regular full-time employment will be offered upon successful completion of a three-month probation period
- 5 day work week (availability to work on Saturday once every three weeks required)
- Weekday Hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM / Saturday Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process billing operations
- Manage payments, including accounts receivable
- Conduct monthly equipment inventory checks
- Support TPIA, mobile, and VoIP sales and scheduling
- Provide customer service, including handling business inquiries & troubleshooting
- Oversee business transactions and customer service
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Report directly to the Office Director

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Must possess legal authorization to work in Canada (valid work permit, permanent residency, or citizenship)
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry & customer service is an asset
- Bilingualism in English and Korean, or fluency in additional languages, is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office, Gmail, and general computer skills
