Kika is a full-service marketing communications agency based in Vancouver for 15 years. We are efficient, organized and built on structure. **Our team is seeking a talented and passionate content marketing specilist, able to work with our clients and disseminate projects to our in-house team. **As we are a full-service agency, we are looking for someone that can also get involved with other departments within the company like brand development, website strategies, video strategies and creative design. There is an option to have a hybrid work environment but we work together in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Monday and Friday are optional to WFH

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and COLLABORATIONS
- Design and develop strategies for social media platforms
- Manages collaboration with influencers and content creators.
- Write excellent social media copy and guide creative in an effective and compelling manner
- Work closely with the Creative team, coordinating and developing well-designed social media assets and promotions that further our brand
- Research and implement social media trends and best practices to meaningfully engage our target audiences at the right moments via the right digital channels
- Develop project plans and internal briefing documents
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Creates a newsroom approach to content that creates connections and engages audiences, members, industry, and communities.
- Liaise with clients and provide advice from a strategic and creative point of view
- Infuse innovation, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking into all designs, pushing the boundaries of what we offer our users
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- You must be able to come to the office in Vancouver a minimum of 3 days a week.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in English, spoken and written
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with design, website and marketing processes
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations in a professional manner
- Bonus: PR experience
