**Job Title: Inside Sales and Warehouse Associate**

**Location**: Calgary AB

**Reports To**: Branch Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inside Sales**:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information to drive sales.
- Prepare sales quotes, pricing, and product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Follow up with customers regarding their orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support, including handling returns, exchanges, or issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote and upsell additional products and services when applicable.

**Warehouse Support**:

- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming inventory and products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure stock levels are updated in the system.
- Organize and clean the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order shipments.
- Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing shipping labels and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or warehouse operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move heavy products (up to [80] lbs) and operate warehouse machinery.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time, Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30 pm
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move heavy items throughout the workday.
- Work in a warehouse environment with exposure to temperature fluctuations, noise, and occasionally hazardous materials.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,500.00 per year
