**Product Manager (Full-Time, Permanent)**
**Location**:
This is a hybrid position (3 days per week in office and 2 days remote) at our North York location (Consumers Road, near hwy. 404 and hwy. 401).
**Summary**:
Lifemark Health Group is seeking an enthusiastic **Product Manager** to join our dynamic Application Services Team for a permanent full-time position. This position reports to the Vice President of Applications and Security Services and works closely with business stakeholders, external partners, and the Lifemark IT team to strategize, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap.
The **Product Manager** collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business goals, oversees the development process, and facilitates the delivery of high-quality IT products that address market needs while adhering to security protocols and industry standards.

**Your Success Measures**:
- ** Strategic Vision**: Demonstrate ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision for IT products, aligning them with overall business goals.
- ** Product Lifecycle Management**: Proven experience in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, iteration, and eventual retirement.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with diverse cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Ability to engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- ** Agile Methodology**: Familiarity with agile development methodologies, with a track record of successfully managing products within an agile framework.
- ** Market Analysis**: Skill in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, identify market trends, and ensure the competitiveness of IT products.
- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance and inform improvements.
- ** Risk Management**: Ability to identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies, ensuring successful product delivery and minimizing unforeseen challenges.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering clear understanding and collaboration.
- ** Adaptability**: Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes and business environments, staying informed about industry trends and incorporating new technologies into product strategies.
**Your Skills and Qualifications**:
- A degree in Information Technology or related program
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems development within the Information Technology capacity
- Experience with system integrations
- Experience in healthcare and insurance domain (an asset)
- Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication, consultative and advisory skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required (OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
- Strong project management skills (Microsoft Project Online an asset)
- Strong UML activity flow diagram skills (VISIO an asset)
- Experience with work tracking systems, such as Azure DevOps (i.e. JIRA, Confluence) an asset
