**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including accurate cash register operations and end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.
- Assist in training new employees on operational procedures, customer service standards, and food preparation techniques.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock for kitchen operations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry or restaurant management is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in cash handling procedures is essential.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
- A passion for hospitality with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
