About the Role:
As a Site & Environmental Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning and waste management services at various event sites and client locations. This is a demanding but rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate cleaning and waste management teams on-site.
- Perform pressure washing of various surfaces.
- Clean windows to a high standard.
- Remove graffiti effectively and safely.
- Conduct general site maintenance, including minor repairs and upkeep.
- Oversee garbage collection and proper disposal, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Proactively identify and resolve problems on-site.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and event organizers.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience.
- Must have a clean driving abstract and own vehicle.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and have an adaptable schedule.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience in the cleaning or waste management industry is an asset.

Accessibility and Fair Work Clause:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Commercial cleaning: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- WHMIS Certification (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
