**Key Responsibilities**
- As the Region International Mobility Lead, you will be responsible for owning the operational delivery of global assignments, as well as inputting into the development of associated global and local policies and procedures.
- Build capability within the regional team and provide leadership regarding mobility to the business.
- Collaborating with key internal partners including the talent acquisition team, people business partners and the wider business to input into the development of world-class mobility program and initiatives.
- Pro-actively contribute to and support the successful implementation of global initiatives in region, including the Global People System development where this relates to the mobility program.
- Leading and participating in a variety of projects within and connected to International Mobility.
- Partner with external vendors to improve the relationships and vendor activity in relation to relocation, work permits, visas, and taxation.
- Play the lead role in understanding immigration trends across the Americas region and share your expertise by educating the People team and relevant leaders as required.
- Manage tax compliance activities as needed in alignment with the relevant tax offices.
- Accountable for the Data integrity of mobility owned data.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- 10 or more years of relevant international mobility experience in a complex, multinational organization.
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong commercial competence and analytical skills with the ability to develop reasons for change.
- Significant knowledge and experience of international mobility, policies, processes, and systems.
- Solid understanding of immigration and taxation legislation and implications across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong relationship skills and the ability to foster open communication to ensure efficient flow of quality information.
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to work with all levels of the organization. Ability to communicate in a second local language in the Region would be a plus.
- Ability to use International Mobility Technology as well as other relevant HR systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field
