**About Us**: We are a leading service and distribution company specializing in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We provide comprehensive vending machine services and PPE solutions to a wide range of industries. As we expand our operations in the Dallas area, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our national team as the sole team leader and representative in Calgary, Alberta.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Service and refill PPE vending machines at 3 Calgary area customer locations, requiring four days a week minimum of travel to various sites.
- Operate and manage a small warehouse space in Calgary, including receiving shipments via UPS and trucks, holding inventory, and shipping products to other locations.
- Handle inventory management tasks, including receiving products into an ERP system, shipping, packaging, picking orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Act as the primary vending service technician, driving the company service van and ensuring machines are well-stocked and operational.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and digital devices (laptop/iPad) for inventory management, reporting, and communication purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inventory management, including receiving, shipping, packaging, and order picking.
- Competency in operating ERP systems for inventory control and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently as the sole full-time employee in Calgary, representing our national team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary of $86,562 CAD with the opportunity for raises.

Pay: From $86,562.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
