**About the role**

We are looking for a methodical Market Research Analyst to analyze statistical data to support customers during their decision-making process regarding product designs, prices, and promotions. The successful market researcher will be able to analyze autonomously qualitative data, trends, strategies, and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness and profitability.

**What you’re great at**
- Having analytical skills for data interpretation
- Sharing strategic recommendations
- Having excellent communication skills

**What you’ll be doing**
- Analyzing statistical data
- Providing competitive analysis on competitors, market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation
- Identifying ways to maximize sales and market penetration
- Formulating reports and make recommendations based on data
- Creating target audience profiles

**What we’re looking for**
- BA/BS degree (Business, Statistics, or related field) or having 2+ years experience providing market research analysis is required, having both will be ideal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent at presenting data to higher management
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Computer skills - proficient with the Microsoft suite of tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of the real estate industry and previous experience is considered an asset
