Roles and Responsibility

Bring in strong business process knowledge on SAP IBP processes and integration with cross modules like Production Planning, Sales & Distribution, Logistics, & Finance Build global SAP IBP template and proposes process improvement plans Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments. Coordinating with business, As-Is/To-Be, Configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities. Strong cross functional leadership by bringing people together to gather relevant business requirements with the ability to look at the end to end processes and understand how the processes integrate in the SAP S/4 HANA product architecture. Develop/monitor/update and communicate SAP development plan, Integration Plan and Governance model Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT team adoption of Agile methodology Ensure effective communication to all stake holders (Business, PMO office, Client Partner etc.) from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective Hold regular project portfolio Integration meetings, ensure all developments follow standards Govern risks imposed by Cross Application projects that affects SAP project portfolio

MUST HAVE

Completed university degree Knowledge/Expertise in configuration and implementation with 7-10 years of experience within Material Management, with expertise on

SAP Integrated Business Planning for sales and operations Planning SAP Integrated Business Planning for demand Planning SAP Integrated Business Planning for response and supply SAP Integrated Business Planning for inventory management SAP Integrated Business Planning & extended Service Parts Planning (eSPP) in terms of
- Digital Supply Chain Edition initial version (Side-by-Side Planning) Forecasting Inventory Planning Distribution Requirements Planning Analytics & Navigation

Minimum 3+ year of SAP S4 HANA implementation experience Conversant with SAP Fiori apps, Workflows Experience with cutover and data migration activities. Experience of project execution through Agile methodology Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants

NICE TO HAVE

Working knowledge on Conversion of SAP legacy system to SAP S/4HANA is a plus Experience in Aero industry would be an added advantage S/4 HANA IBP certification will be an asset Worked extensively with Customer in driving Testing, Cutover Activities Domain experience in aero / process Manufacturing industry
