Part Time Receptionist/administrator

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Greet clients and handle inquiries.
- Create and manage social media content.
- Maintain cleanliness and manage inventory.
- Update client records and assist with payments.
- Coordinate with staff on schedules and needs.
- Help with promotional materials and marketing strategies.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role (an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian is an asset
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
