**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans using methodologies such as Waterfall and Scrum.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Oversee team management by assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure accountability.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality deliverables meet project specifications.
- Utilize SharePoint for documentation and collaboration among team members.
- Implement requirements management processes to track changes and updates efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of various methodologies including Waterfall and Scrum.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Strong data analysis skills to support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and techniques, with experience using SharePoint preferred.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in requirements gathering and management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $89,647.00-$97,662.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
