Our company is committed to quality, safety, and innovation through a collaborative team effort. We are currently looking for a skilled & knowledgeable Project Manager to join our team.
Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of structural steel projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Communicate regularly with clients, Consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Manage project risks, issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage project change requests and scope changes.
- Ensure project quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the steel fabrication and erection industry.
- Knowledge of steel fabrication and erection methods and practices.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and most importantly as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Strong computer knowledge.
- Must be willing to go the extra mile to meet client needs.

**Salary**: $86,122.00-$94,373.00 per year
