We are currently looking for a lovely front desk receptionist to work Monday to Thursday, and / or Saturday.
Job description/ duties:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps.
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database. (RecallMax program to assist you)
- Managing patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Bill and cash out clients and send claims electronically and by mail as needed.
- Effectively book clients for hygiene recalls
- due and overdue.
- And a host of other day to day duties that are too numerous to mention.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
