Le Cheesecake Bar is looking to grow our team with a passionate and dedicated individual, who is committed to working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Reporting to the executive Pastry Chef, the Head Pastry Chef will manage our team, teach new skills to our less experienced pastry chefs, will help to prepare our client's orders, assist in the creative process of new innovative and signature desserts served at Le Cheesecake Bar Franchises

QUALIFICATIONS:

- A genuine passion for desserts
- 5+ years of experience in pastry arts
- Knowledge of basic and advanced pastry preparations
- Knowledge of preperation of cookies, cakes, sauces, ice cream/sorbets
- Understanding basic baking ingredients and their properties
- Available to manage and plan for weekend staff

Must have:

- Experience in management
- Experience in production and distribution

Bilingual

We are looking for a great fit to our team and someone willing to work side by side with our Executive Pastry Chef and works well with all other staff. Willing to get their hands into the production and has a passion for the position.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
