**Position**:Retail Marketing Responsible **Reports to**:Head of Retail, JACK & JONES **Location**:Montreal, Quebec **_ Looking for an exciting opportunity to drive the success of our retail stores through innovative marketing strategies and initiatives?_** **WHAT YOU’LL DO.** As the Retail Marketing Responsible, your primary objective is to craft, execute, and oversee the marketing strategies and initiatives for our JACK & JONES stores. Your role revolves around elevating brand awareness and ensuring consistent exposure to our target audiences across various markets. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends, as well as strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): - Execute events and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive store traffic across Canada. - Collaborate with store managers to understand local market dynamics and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly. - Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including signage, displays, and promotional materials. - Champion customer-centric marketing to improve overall customer experience in store. - Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure timely execution of campaigns. - Manage comprehensive strategies, budgets, and plans to achieve defined objectives. **WHO YOU ARE.** You may have a degree in marketing, business administration or a similar field.
