**About Us**:
Motorline Auto Group is a growing and dynamic car dealership committed to providing exceptional service and value to our customers. We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional Sales & Front Desk Representative to join our team.

We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to handle incoming leads, manage phone inquiries, and assist with front desk responsibilities. This role is key to creating a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring that all leads are properly followed up on.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist customers with inquiries in person and over the phone, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Perform front desk duties, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and keeping the reception area organized
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient lead management
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided)
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Prior experience in customer service or sales support is an asset, but not required
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
