**What you will bring**:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, or relevant education or experience.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the professional services industry, including public practice accounting, law or engineering considered an asset.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to Nitro, CaseWare, Microsoft Suite, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, TaxCycle and DoxCycle, PAGE considered an asset.
- Computer and technology savvy with an ability to learn various computer programs quickly.

**Role you play**:

- Coordinate bookkeeping functions for clients.
- Coordinate pricing analysis and preparation of contracts for bookkeeping clients.
- Continually asses bookkeeping software to ensure efficiency in preparation.
- Continually seek and asses new bookkeeping software options.
- Assist with internal accounting functions.
- Assist with client accounting and tax functions on an as needed basis.
- Other related duties as identified.
