**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including installation, operation, and maintenance manuals (IOMs)
- Collaborate with engineering department to ensure all customer-facing content reflects the most current product data
- Manage the production of technical brochures, specification sheets, and other sales collateral
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, and events)
- Support marketing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data
- Assist with planning and execution of promotional events and trade shows
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing materials
- Develop and manage workback schedules, track progress, and resolve blockers across multiple concurrent projects
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports on KPIs
- Support internal communication efforts and brand alignment across departments

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role or internship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand engagement

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)
