We are looking to add an experienced, kind, warm, and enthusiastic server to our FOH team This part time position offers 2-3 shifts per week, (approx. 10-15 hours). We are looking for someone who has some flexibility in the days they are available to work. Both day and evening shifts are available and we are open from Tuesday to Saturday.
We are a small, dedicated team who take great pride in what we do. With the help of local farmers and purveyors our chefs create a playful, globally inspired menu that provides our guests with a unique experience that they can feel excited about. Our wine list consists of small-producers who farm sustainably and have interesting stories. Both our food and beverage programs are ever changing, making things quite exciting and adding lots of opportunity to broaden knowledge in these areas.
The successful applicant will have a keen interest in learning about our food and wine programs and will be excited to showcase their knowledge when engaging with our guests. We are seeking someone who has at least 2 years experience in a similar environment, valid Serving It Right, a keen eye for hospitality, and an exceptional team attitude. Since our space & team is so small we work together to do a bit of everything: serving, bartending, hosting, food running, and helping with dishwashing in less active times.
Our restaurant offers a kind, fun, and hospitality driven work environment where we support each other and treat each other with respect. We use a tip pooling system. Wage listed is inclusive of tips. Base pay is $17/hr and tips work out to be an average of $10-$13/hr.
