**【岗位要求 Requirements】**
- 中英文流利 / Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- 本科或以上学历,人力资源、市场营销、商业管理或相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 至少1年以上招聘、人力资源或职业服务经验。
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or career services.
- 熟悉加拿大劳动法及行业合规要求。
Familiar with Canadian labor laws and industry compliance requirements.
- 优秀的沟通能力、团队合作与多任务处理能力。
Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities.
- 熟练使用办公软件及招聘平台(如ATS、Microsoft Office等)。
Proficient in office software and recruitment platforms (ATS, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- 能适应快速变化的环境并处理敏感信息。
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
