Discovery Coffee is currently looking to hire a Bakery Supervisor at Yonni’s Doughnuts to learn everything it takes to consistently produce our delicious doughnuts and other amazing sweet and savoury baked goods from scratch. This is the perfect position for anyone that loves baking, motivating and leading by example, taking pride in their work, and crushing it while enjoying a cup of delicious coffee.

This is a full-time 12-month contract position with the opportunity for extension.

- An unending love of baking and everything about it.
- A positive attitude.
- Rockstar communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to lead, coach, motivate and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- A desire to work in, and contribute to, a solid team and have fun at work
- Available and excited to work early mornings and weekends (shifts start at 4:00am).
- The ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time.
- Experience in a bakery or culinary setting.
- Experience in a supervisor role an asset but not required.
