We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Part time Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a role model to our front staff, you will play an integral part in maintaining our company's work standards and delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to overseeing daily tasks and delegating responsibilities, you will be responsible for supervising product rotation, quality control, and inventory management. You will also act as a liaison between the retail staff, Store Manger and General Manager. Must have Monday and Saturday availability

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate front staff activity by delegating daily tasks as outlined in the Front Manual.
- Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the retail section of our bakery are well-maintained.
- Monitor packaging inventory and promptly order supplies as needed, according to the Front Manual. Inform management if items need to be picked up in case of delivery issues.
- Monitor product inventory and notify the assistant manager when products are running low.
- Ensure that products close to their expiry date are sold at a discount and promptly remove expired products from the display.
- Record daily bread scaling numbers in the absence of the manager.
- Train new retail employees or delegate training responsibilities to qualified staff.
- Manage Shopify order export and invoices, and arrange shipment and deliveries in the absence of the manager.
- Supervise wholesale order packaging and coordinate deliveries if the manager is unavailable.
- Complete cashouts when required.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada.

Position Requirements:

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 kg without assistance.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in word processing, Excel, Slack, and Google Drive.
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as leadership ability.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and coworkers.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to ensure both daily tasks and supervisory duties are completed efficiently.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $17.86-$18.98 per hour
