- A bit about the job:
- Assists the Ops & ITS Teams in support efforts for new business initiatives.
- Proactively identifies areas for process change or development and implements revisions and automation to internal processes for gained efficiency and greater thought process.
- Coordinate and lead activities with business owners to gather detailed requirements through interviews, documentation and facilitated working sessions for small projects, program launches and enhancements.
- Organize and manage multiple assignments with competing priorities and deadlines, while adhering to departmental guidelines and expectations.
- A bit about you:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or Engineering and 4 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area
- OR- Zurich Cybersecurity Technician Apprentice, including Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the information technology area
- OR- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the information technology area
- AND- MS Office experience
- Knowledge of information technology operations- Knowledge of corporate infrastructure**Preferred**:
- Experience in medium to large enterprise projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess in-depth, strong problem-solving analytical skills
