Sturgeon Public Schools is currently seeking a Permanent Part-Time Finance Clerk to support the day-to-day fiscal operations of Gibbons School and Landing Trail School. Reporting to the Principals, this position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and responsive financial operations at the school level.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Prepare and deliver bank deposits
- Code and enter invoices using Invoice Entry Web
- Collect, code, and enter credit card expenses
- Maintain accurate financial records for the schools Assist school staff with finance-related inquiries
- **What You Bring**
- High school diploma
- Post-secondary education in Accounting or one year of related work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

**Important to Note**:

- This position consists of approximately 0.11 FTE at Landing Trail School and 0.34 FTE at Gibbons School. The rate of pay for this 10-month position is between $22.82 and $26.94, as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.
