Lead onshore and offshore team of infrastructure and IT managed services techs to ensure successful day-to-day delivery of overall IT services & operations
- Lead and develop best practices for overall Cloud team and develop Cloud solutions along with the technical team
- Solid understanding and working experience with Microsoft 365
- Perform cloud administration, configuring and managing cloud environments
- Plan and complete migrations into the Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Explore ways to scale Microsoft's Cloud offering
- Design, configure, implement, all Infrastructure hardware, virtualization, storage, software, cloud, data continuity, disaster recovery, and virtual networking solutions (cloud, hybrid or on-prem) for customers
- Build virtualized servers and infrastructure integrations.
- Planning, migration and operations of Microsoft 365 in both Hybrid and Cloud-only configurations.
- Implementation and Delivery of Microsoft 365 and MS Azure projects.
- Competencies in configuring telephony workloads for Team Business Voice.
- Strong knowledge of supporting Active Directory, Azure Active Directory.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft 365 Endpoint Manager, including MDM and MAM enrollment options for iOS, Android, and Windows endpoints.
- Deep understanding of networking technologies fundamentals.
- Responsible to ensure uptime of all and helpdesk, network and hosted services including backup and DR planning
- Manage and maintain the multiple enterprise virtualization and cloud environments, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring and optimization, high availability, fault tolerance, and continuity planning
- Assist in the planning, design, implementation and documentation of all new infrastructure projects and upgrades to existing infrastructure for business units
- Provide elevated technical support by taking the lead on system, network and infrastructure issues

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- working with Managed Services Provider: 5 years (required)
- Office 365 migrations practical working: 1 year (required)
- Azure IAAS practical working: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Microsoft / Azure Certification(s) (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brampton, ON
