Job Description: **PROJECT COORDINATOR** Fleet Project Management Office Victoria or Richmond Are you an exceptional contributor in the Marine Industry who is passionate about collaborative, innovative and environmentally responsible advancements in your field? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our project management team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, as the Project Coordinator, FPMO, you will execute lower complexity vessel projects as lead, and be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing the project. You will also support the FPMO Project Managers with various Project Management tasks on vessel projects of higher complexity as assigned. Typical assignments may include: refit, dry-docking, capital modifications, conversions, emergent repairs or improvements to BCFS vessels. You will oversee and monitor the project from initiation to close out, ensuring that the Project Team produces the project deliverables within budget, on schedule, at the required level of quality and within the acceptable levels of health, safety, and environmental risk. You work well independently and as a collaborative team member, utilizing effective problem-solving and time management skills. Fundamental knowledge and experience of planning, executing, controlling, and closing of projects is desired. Your strengths include great communication, organization, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
