**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain contracts in our RightAngle energy trading and risk management (ETRM) system for all commodity and trade types including crude; mix; propane and butane; physical; and financial.
- Understand how to capture complex trader requests within the limitations of the system.
- Liaise between multiple departments to resolve process amendments such as invoicing, position management, pricing, and contracts and compliance.
- Perform various data quality checks as required at the start and end of each day.
- Manage system data including requests for new vendors, contacts, pricing, and pipeline strategies.
- Update daily pricing reports with the latest industry data and internal reporting requirements.
- Improve processes and updates in procedure manuals.
- Problem-solve to assist traders, marketers, and other teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or PPE considered an asset
- Up to 4 years’ relevant work experience
- Experience supporting crude and/or NGL marketing and trading is preferred
- Experience with RightAngle or other ETRM systems would be an asset
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated with strong financial, analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Goal oriented and able to contribute as a team player
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Proven flexibility with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions
- Cleared criminal history (background), education, and satisfactory reference checks

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T2P 0A7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- system administration: 1 year (preferred)
