**The Position**:
We’re looking for full-time or part-time instructors who have a passion for K-12 education and want to positively influence student achievement and make a meaningful difference in how online education is delivered and received. Instructors will be provided with all teaching materials, curriculum and digital teaching equipment. In addition, instructors will be compensated for all training.

**Salary Range**:$40+ per hour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach with passion.
- Learn and implement creative uses of online learning technology.
- Host engaging and welcoming virtual classrooms.
- Adjust lesson structures as needed to help students succeed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong, clear communication skills in the online space.
- A high level of empathy and social skills: must be able to think flexibly, adapt to changes with a positive attitude, and connect meaningfully with students and administrative team members.
- Passion for reading and lifelong learning
- Relevant experience in teaching, acting, professional development, or curriculum implementation.
- Fluent in English.
