**Milani Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, Burnaby Kingsway **is the leading company on the market of plumbing, heating and air conditioning services in Vancouver and Lower Mainland since 1956. With more than 120 service trucks on the road, we field a large volume of calls every day from people all over the Lower Mainland that need our help with their plumbing, drainage, heating and air conditioning service.

As our company continues to grow, we need to add more people to our award-winning team We are seeking a full-time **Accounts Receivables clerk.**

We are looking to fill this open position within our organization immediately, we require people with great communication skills and relevant experience.

**Duties**:

- Prepare, post, verify and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Collect of outstanding accounts receivables;
- Prepare invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers;
- Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identify delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contact delinquent accountholders to request payment.
- Create reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- At least two years of related experience required.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
