**Job Summary**
Are you passionate about the food industry and ready to lead a dynamic team? We're hiring a Food Counter Supervisor to join our team in Ontario This is an exciting opportunity to manage a vibrant food service environment while paving the way for your career advancement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the food counter, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team efficiency and morale.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred atleast for 1 to 2 years
- Proficiency in cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a helpful attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
