We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, assisting with inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse organization. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking company.

This position is starting as part time (Friday, Monday, Tuesday) leading up to full time depending on how fast you learn. You will receive a company vehicle to drive to/from suppliers and job sites to pickup/drop off material.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
- **Shipping and Receiving**: Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation and quality checks.
- **Warehouse Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- **Equipment Handling**: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided if needed).
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient operations.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- **Physical Stamina**: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- **Safety Conscious**: Commitment to following safety procedures and protocols.
- **Experience**: Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required. Willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- **Transportation**: Reliable transportation to and from work.
