**Warehouse Associate**

**We're looking for an Associate to contribute to our growing dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment**

We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to contribute to the ongoing growth and productivity of our company's distribution team. The Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for the process of packaging,

shipping/receiving, inspecting and fabricating products. In addition to other warehouse duties, this position will ensure the efficient flow of products from our warehouse to customers across North America.

**Placement**: Permanent. Looking for a long-term commitment.

**Key responsibilities**
- Prepare shipments in the warehouse:

- Assemble, package and wrap orders, label products and check documentation for completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Inspect and document products as they are shipped and received.
- Conduct routine quality control inspections.
- Use company IT systems to maintain accurate records for all product inventory, customer orders, vendor deliveries and associated shipment details.

**Required qualifications**:

- Proven ability to work safely, accurately and consistently at a fast pace in a high pressure environment.
- Computer literate: Able to operate order fulfillment and inventory management software.
- Must be a team player and work cooperatively with others in a diverse environment.
- Physically fit: Able to manually lift 50 pounds.
- Organized and punctual.
- Forklift operator certification: SDCB/Stand Up Narrow Aisle
- Previous shipping/receiving experience
- Previous metalworking experience

Working conditions are based on a 40-hour work week, with 8 hours per day to be scheduled with management.

Our facility is open between 6:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Wages are commensurate with experience, and a competitive benefits package is available.

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
