**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring contract budgets and schedules, including hourly rate and firm price contracts.
- Supervising and coordinates the work of multiple contractors on site with respect to safety, quality of works, and adherence to applicable codes, standards, and design documents
- Ensuring that Wood and client Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) programs are implemented and adhered to at all times
- Monitoring schedule and quantities of work completed, identifying mitigation strategies where required.
- Coordinating site wide interfaces with multiple contractors.
- Assisting the Wood and Contractor team in the development of construction planning, reporting and methodology.
- Ensuring Wood team members as well as interfacing team members have a clear understanding of project and management requirements
- Ensuring the quality control requirements are met during the construction phase.
- Driving the turnover process by interfacing with a broad spectrum of project wide teams and through the assembly of completion packages, checklists and other construction records

Skills / Qualifications:

- 15 to 20 years directly relevant progressive experience (with 10 years supervisory experience) in the industrial piping construction industry is required
- Complete knowledge of the large project construction process
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications
- Strong background in regard to piping, inspection, testing requirements and procedures and knowledge of piping codes, specifications and standards
- Knowledge of pipe and steel fabrication processes is a key asset
- Excellent leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a large project team environment is required.
