Insurance Store is growing

We are looking for a new receptionist to join our organization in our Barrie Office. This is a role for a positive, outgoing, people person with superior customer service skills who puts our clients first
**. This role requires no previous insurance**
**related experience**

**What you’ll do**:

- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Prepare front desk with open door in morning.
- Provide first point of contact /customer service/support.
- Scan documents; receive, sort and prepare/distribute mail, courier packages and e-documents.
- Performs various basic, entry level duties in Broker Management System (BMS).
- Order supplies for the office as required.
- Process payments on portal/cash/credit card
- Provide scheduling support to upper management as required.

**What you’ll need**:

- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and open to change
- Completion of high school is required
- Computer Skills - MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & Outlook) an asset
- Organizing, planning and multi-tasking skills
