**About the Opportunity**:
The Project Manager will be committed to a high standard of performance and will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, project oversight of resources and stakeholders; managing timelines and milestones; documenting outcomes; and, monitoring, summarizing, and communicating the progress of activities to the appropriate leadership team members. Additionally, this leadership position ensures that all activities within their area are supported by NSH mission, vision and values, and aligns with both the corporate strategic plan, and project specific annual operation plan.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Registered Engineer/Architect (in N.S.) in a relevant discipline having 3-5 years project management experience; or Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in a Building Infrastructure or Health Care Environment.
- Professional Engineer/Architect an asset
- Project Management Professional certification an asset
- Experience in building design, contract, construction, and project management
- Experience managing a wide range of complex projects and stakeholder teams, committees, etc
- Strong interpersonal skills and consultation within a diverse range of stakeholder teams
- Skilled in technical and contract writing and preparing and delivering presentations to senior management in client agencies, consultants, and third-party stakeholders
- Budgeting and project estimating skills
- Proven record of success working with staff, contractors, consultants, designers, and clients
- Strong communication, planning, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Significant experience in use of Microsoft Office
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

- Long Assignment, Full Time; 75 hours bi-weekly

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$38.79 - $48.48 Hourly
