**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care and efficiency.
- Conduct floor care activities including polishing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a safe and healthy environment for residents and guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing requests promptly, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
- Support housekeeping management in coordinating schedules, inventory control, and training new team members when needed.
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring guest or resident spaces are tidy, inviting, and well-maintained at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings; hotel experience is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods including carpet cleaning.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching comfortably.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude; able to communicate effectively with residents or guests.
- Experience with laundry operations and familiarity with various cleaning tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use to ensure a secure working environment.
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
