Calgary, Canada Rocky Mountain Property Maintenance Full time

**We are looking for crew leads that has experience driving trucks pulling trailers.**

We offer a guaranteed wage during winter months even if does not snow. There is lots of room for advancement and full-time year-round employment.

Must be flexible and willing to work all hours depending on snow fall. You will be contacted by your supervisor regarding start times.

**Must have a Valid driver’s license.**

**Must have own transportation to and from our warehouse. (WAREHOUSE IS NOT CLOSE PUBLIC TRANSIT)**

**Experience driving trucks pulling trailers.**

**Ability to direct and manage a crew of employees.**

**Must be able to fill out maintenance reports accurately and on time.**

Must have knowledge on how to use basic equipment like back pack blowers, power sweepers and ride on equipment.

Ability to teach new staff members how to use and operate equipment.

Ability to work during all snow events including weekends and responding in a timely manner when contacted for a snow event.

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more continuously.

Operating a commercial snow blower/sweeper.

Operating industry standard backpack blowers.

Shovelling, scraping, and chipping ice using hand tools.

The ability to work well independently.

A great work ethic and a reputation for promptness.

An excellent eye for detail.

Snow removal experience is an asset.

Being able to drive truck and trailer is an asset.

It’s important to be aware that working conditions are outdoors and you are required to be dressed properly to work outside during snow events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
