Are you a detailed landscaping dynamo with a passion for transforming outdoor spaces into someone's Oasis? Do you love leading a team while keeping the vibe light and fun? Then we want YOU to join Oasis as a Hardscape Crew Lead

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Leading a team of up to 4 hard working individuals to create stunning landscapes that will make neighbors jealous.
- Organizing, delegating and delivering hardscaping projects on time & on budget - think pavers, decks, fences, and boulder installs Both residential and commercial
- 50 hr work week, Monday-Friday - with some weekend work depending on weather and project progress.
- Keeping energy high, spirits bright and running a happy productive crew.
- Helping our clients fall in love with their yards all over again.
- Coaching and teaching your crew, developing their hands on skills in the field, but also identifying and building future crew leads.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong leadership skills - this is important as you're the captain of your ship, and you will have a Production Manager to support you..
- A good sense of humor and the love for working outdoors, come rain or shine.
- Ability to communicate with customers (nice and the difficult) and crew members in a friendly, approachable way.
- A motivated individual who not only excels in their role but also contributes to fostering a positive and collaborative company culture, with strong teamwork attributes.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:
